Roselyn Akosua Mantey, Guinness World Record holder and founder of Roselyn Akosua Mantey Foundation, continues to leave a remarkable legacy—this time through her 2025 Skill Training Program in Kumasi. Held over five impactful days, the event brought together aspiring beauty and makeup enthusiasts, equipping them with practical skills and the confidence to thrive in the beauty industry.
The training, hosted under the banner of Rossy Glams Artistry, focused on hands-on tutorials in professional makeup artistry, personal grooming, client management, and entrepreneurship. Participants were not only taught the technical aspects of the craft but were also mentored in personal development and business strategy—core to Roselyn’s vision of holistic empowerment.
A group photo from the final day captures the vibrant energy and pride of the newly trained participants, each holding their certificate of completion. Roselyn herself stands at the center, holding her official Guinness World Records certificate—a powerful reminder of what determination and vision can achieve.
“Empowering one woman is empowering a family, and ultimately a community,” Roselyn shared at the closing ceremony. “This training is part of our broader mission to champion vocational skills and inspire self-sufficiency among Ghanaian youth, especially women.”
The success of the Kumasi edition has already sparked interest in other regions, with future training programs being planned to extend the impact nationwide. Roselyn’s work continues to resonate not just as a symbol of world-breaking achievement but as a catalyst for real, grassroots change in Ghana’s beauty and vocational landscape
